En Elden Ring las Grandes Runas son objetos que sueltan los Jefes (Semidioses) al derrotarlos y que se pueden equipar para obtener distintos efectos pasivos. Existen un total de 6 Grandes Runas (una para cada gran Semidiós). En teoría son parte del Círculo de Elden y representan alguna parte de la creación y la destrucción, como la Vida, la Muerte, la Sangre, etc.

¿Qué es una Gran Runa?
Son Objetos que sueltan los Semidioses: los Jefes principales del juego. Cada Semidiós posee una Gran Runa diferente, y los jugadores tendrán que hacerse con todas con el fin de completar el juego y luchar contra el jefe final.
¿Cómo se adquieren?
Las sueltan los Semidioses, los cuales se encuentran en las Mazmorras del Legado.
- Godrick, el Injertado: Se encuentra en la mazmorra Castillo de Velo Tormentoso, en Necrolimbo.
- Rennala, Reina de la Luna Llena: Se encuentra en la mazmorra Academia Raya Lucaria, en Liurnia, tierra encharcada.
¿Cómo se equipan?
Pueden equiparse desde el menú de Grandes Runas, en un Lugar de Gracia. Para ello, primero tendrás que restaurar su poder. Encontrarás más información al respecto en sus respectivas secciones individuales.
Arcos Rúnicos
Los Arcos Rúnicos sirven para activar los efectos pasivos de una Gran Runa. Incluso aunque tengas una Gran Runa equipada, esta no te otorgará ningún beneficio si antes no la activas con un Arco Rúnico. Se consumen al usarlos y los beneficios de la Gran Runa se pierden al morir, por lo que si quieres volver a disfrutar de nuevo de los efectos pasivos, tendrás que volver a consumir un Arco Rúnico. Se pueden encontrar como botín de Ratas, Ratas Gigantes y también encontrarlos por el mundo e incluso comprarlos a determinados PNJs.

Gran Runa de Godrick

Its blessing raises all attributes
This Great Rune is known as the anchor ring, found in the center of the Elden Ring.
The first demigods were The Elden Lord Godfrey and his offspring, the golden lineage.
Gran Runa de los Nonatos
Amber egg clutched by Rennala, Queen of the Full Moon.
Great Rune of unborn demigods.
Perfects those who have been born anew.
Children born anew by Rennala are all frail and short-lived.
Imperfect beings, each and all.
Radahn's Great Rune
A Great Rune of the shardbearer Radahn.
Its blessing raises maximum HP, FP and Stamina.
Radahn was amongst the children of Rennala and Radagon, who became demigod stepchildren after Radagon's union with Queen Marika.
The Great Rune burns, to resist the encroachment of the scarlet rot.
Morgott's Great Rune
A Great Rune of the shardbearer Morgott. Its blessing greatly raises maximum HP.
This Great Rune is the anchor ring that houses the base, and proves two things:
That the Omen King was born of the golden lineage, and that he was indeed the Lord of Leyndell.
Rykard's Great Rune
A Great Rune of the shardbearer Rykard.
Its blessing restores HP upon defeating enemies.
Rykard was amongst the children of Rennala and Radagon, who became demigod stepchildren after Radagon's union with Queen Marika.
But Rykard fed himself to the blasphemous serpent, Great Rune and all.

Mohg's Great Rune
A Great Rune of the shardbearer Mohg.
Its blessing grants a blessing ofblood to summoned phantoms, and imparts a Phantom Great Rune upon successful invasion.
Mohg and Morgott are twin brothers, and their Great Runes are naturally similar.
But Mohg's tune is soaked in accursed blood, from his devout love for the wretched mire that he was born into far below the earth.
